SES Mobile App Privacy Policy 

SES - The Society for Standardization Professionals (SES) is dedicated to protecting privacy and security of the personal information of our application users. In accessing the SES application, visitors agree to the use of information as stated in this Privacy Policy.  

This policy and other terms of use may be updated from time-to-time and any changes will be posted on the SES Website. Questions or comments should be submitted to admin@ses-standards.org

This policy and all legal obligations of SES are subject to the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, regardless of the location of any visitor. Any claims or complaints must be filed in the State of New Jersey.

Personal Data. Individuals can use the Society’s application without providing any personal information. SES does not collect personal identifiable information (e.g., name, organization/company, postal address, email address) on this application.  This personal identifiable information is only collected on Society’s website if specifically and knowingly provided by visitors, who engaged in certain activities such as joining the organization, purchasing content from the Society’s online document store, or register for an SES webinar or an event. 

SES does not give, sell, or rent visitor information to third parties for commercial marketing. 

SES collects non-personal data (e.g., number of visitors) for a variety of reasons including application management and statistical purposes. These statistics contain no personal information.  

Intellectual Property and Conditions of Use. The SES logo is a registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. User shall not use, copy, or reproduce SES’ logo without express written consent from SES. All content including but not limited to the Data, formulas, calculations, text, graphics, downloads and software included on or within the application is the property of SES or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws with the exception of publications or contents thereof where SES has publicly disclaimed the copyright. Except as expressly provided herein, you may not distribute, copy, sell, auction, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Service or any portion thereof to a human-readable form.
