2020 SES Student Scholarship Program Winner

SES - The Society for Standards Professionals announces Tyler Kleinsasser as the 2020 SES Student Scholarship Program recipient.


The SES Student Scholarship program recognizes the important role that students play in supporting the standardization industry and increasing awareness of and use of standards. Students must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate University or College program and use standards in their school curriculum.


The SES Student Scholarship program is supported with help from our 2020 sponsors, Underwriters Laboratories ( and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (


”Underwriters Laboratories has been a proud sponsor of the SES Student Scholarship program since its inception,” said Sonya Bird, Director of International Standards at Underwriters Laboratories.  “It is always so rewarding to recognize students such as Tyler Kleinsasser who show an interest in and understanding of the importance of standards.”
