About the Webinar:
One key goal of any organization that intends to be around for years to come is to remain relevant.  There are many options to contemplate when considering relevance in the future.  One of these is the decision to develop "apps” or applications.  "Apps” are really nothing new.  Previously we called them programs or software.  What has changed is the type of device that these apps are being used on, and the expectation that apps be available.  "Is there an app for that?”

This presentation will cover details from the process of deciding to develop an app, to implementation of that app, as well as developing and implementing additional apps.  We’ll look at the lessons learned from the development of those apps, such as the perceived vs. actual benefits and drawbacks related to offering apps.  Has the "audience” or end user changed, and are their expectations the same?  Take the opportunity to learn about the journey towards apps before heading out on your own – you may find some useful shortcuts.

LEVEL:  Intermediate
