SES Membership is open to anyone interested in the principles, techniques, and effects of standards and standardization. If you use standards, work with standards, serve on standards development committees, or are an information specialist serving the standards field, you will benefit from SES membership. Membership is drawn from industry, commerce, academia, service organizations, government, and standards development organizations. The key benefit of any type of SES membership is the unique networking opportunities.

Individual Membership
Individuals desiring to advance the mission of SES to promote the use of standards and the knowledge of standardization are eligible to become Members of SES. Membership entitles you to receive a copy of the bimonthly journal, Standards Engineering, attend any or all webinars at no additional cost, attend conferences and training courses at reduced rates, and take advantage of professional growth opportunities. Organization Membership
Organizations desiring to advance the mission of SES to promote the use of standards and the knowledge of standardization are eligible to become Organization Members of SES. Membership entitles your organization to register up to ten employees to become Individual Members of SES and receive a copy of the bimonthly journal, Standards Engineering, attend any or all webinars at no additional cost, attend conferences and training courses at reduced rates, and take advantage of professional growth opportunities for one membership fee. Student Membership
Full-time undergraduate or graduate students preparing for careers working with standards and who are able to provide proof of enrollment at any accredited college or university are eligible to become Members of SES at a discounted rate, renewable annually for up to eight (8) years. Students will be able to advance the mission of SES to promote the use of standards and the knowledge of standardization. Student Membership entitles you to receive an electronic copy of the bimonthly journal, Standards Engineering, attend any or all webinars at no additional cost, attend conferences and training courses at reduced rates, and take advantage of professional growth opportunities.
