for the next SES Webinar:
Using ANSI Human Resource Standards to Create a Business Advantage in the Workplace
February 20, 2013 from 1:00 – 2:30pm ET
About the Webinar:
Teams of passionate HR professionals, consultants, academics, and line managers have worked since 2009 to create professional national workforce standards in several categories of HR management including diversity and inclusion, performance management, staffing, metrics, and employee relations. By the end of 2012, several American National HR standards will have been published and at least ten others will be in development. In this session, we will demonstrate how using recently published and future HR standards can create a business and operational advantage in an organization, and discuss how HR professionals will partner within their leadership to successfully adopt and implement the standards.
