As familiar faces retire and emerging professionals take on new roles, the standardization community will continue to grow and change. But what can be done to make these changes easier? Developing standards professionals through training and mentorships is a good place to start. This web event will provide multiple perspectives on how a career in standardization evolves. You'll hear from three leaders in the world of standardization about how they were introduced to the field of standards, and the challenges they faced throughout their careers. They will share practical knowledge of how they enhanced their skills through training and mentoring.
