The Standards Engineering Society (SES) is pleased to hold its 59th Annual Conference in conjunction with two professional development courses and other events at the Long Wharf Marriott, during August 15 to 19, 2010.

The Technical Sessions will be held on Monday and Tuesday, August 16-17, 2010. 

Seven relevant and timely moderated sessions with world renowned speakers

  • Breakfasts, Morning and Afternoon Breaks, and Lunches on both days

Professional development courses will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, August 18 to 19, 2010.  The preliminary courses to be offered follow:

  • On Wednesday, August 18, 2010, Ms. Diane Thompson will present her much acclaimed course titled, "A Guide to Standards"
  • On Thursday, August 19, 2010, Ms. Diane Thompson will present a new course titled, "Assessing Conformity to Standards"
  • Continental Breakfasts, Morning and Afternoon Breaks, and Lunches on both days

There will be three social events during the week as follows:

  • Sunday evening, August 15, 2010, there will be Welcome Reception (no charge)
  • Monday evening, August 16, 2010, there will be a reception/dinner, with entertainment, while cruising around Boston Harbor (extra charge).
